I really enjoy olive oil and coconut muffins made with greek yoghurt. are you going to do a lot of fun flavors or the classics?
I’m planning to stick more to the basics (it’s in my nature), but I’d be very interested in any good recipes you might have. I’ll collect them and keep them with the tutorial posts for anyone who might be interested. Reader Henry already put up a pretty cool looking green tea muffin recipe!

Funnily enough I’ve been baking lots of muffins lately! Thought you may be interested in trying out green tea muffins haha:
reen tea muffins:
Dry ingredients:
250g flour
15g matcha
100g sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 teaspoons salt
Wet ingredients:
1 egg
250ml milk
90ml oil
I sometimes fold in chocolate chips or cooked swetened azuki beans too. I wonder if you will like these very Asian muffins lol
