Mix, Knead, Shape, Proof, Bake, Build, Finish…

Thanks to everyone who weighed in (and continues to weigh) in on Gear Week. There’s so much here…so many possible ways to categorize gear and present it. It seems to me that an interesting way to go about this might be to try to group the various tools by the baking phase in which they’re used. A weird approach I’ll grant you, but let’s see how it goes. Why not?
