  1. Hmm, this reminds me of my grandmother’s curry puffs (unfortunately, no recipe) which have something like a blend of two pastries so that when it’s cooked, there are concentric semi-circles on the outside of the curry puff, in layers…

        1. Ah, very interesting. I’ve seen a similar technique with Spanish meat pies and Italian sfogiatelle. I’m keen to try it!
