I’m in Mexico. Yep, Morelia, about three hours south of Mexico City. I’m here on top secret baking business. Actually no, that’s not true. I’m here checking the lay of the land as the Pastry clan is supposed to move down here for a month or so this summer. I have to say, this place is mighty impressive, and this mountain weather can’t be beat. 70 for a high every day, and about 50 for low. It’s that way pretty much all the time, I’m told. So I guess it’s starting to look like I’ll be José Pastelero for the month of June! Think I should change the masthead?
