Who’s in the mood for an ice cream cone?

I am, I’ll tell you. We here in the Midwest went from cold and stormy to hot and dry in the blink of an eye. Reader Ellen was right on the money when she asked if I had a recipe for a good homemade ice cream cone. In fact I do have one of those, and I’m willing to share it.
