Florentines Recipe(s)

Since Joan and I are each interested in a different variation of florentines (Joe the more basic, Joan the more elaborate), we’re going to do two of them. I was going to call one of them “uptown” florentines, and the other “downtown” florentines, but there’s really no such thing as a downtown florentine. There’s uptown, and then further uptown. You can decide which one you want to try. Stand by.
