Dissed.

It seems the folks over at King Arthur flour have upgraded their web site, and one of its new features is that it prevents the kind of linking that I’ve been doing the last nine months or so in my “Projects of the Week” posts. And that’s a pity, since as a rule they have very reliable and well-tested bread recipes. They also have a great catalog of raw materials for making those recipes, which of course several hundred fewer people will be seeing as of this week. Since, you know, I’m a cyber-nuisance.
