Same Old Me

So here it is, the first week of January, 2011, and the surprise I promised has yet to materialize. Blame the weather in Ireland for the delay, since that’s where the developer of the new version of joepastry.com has been bogged down for the last several weeks, as I understand it, on a farm someplace on the (formerly) Emerald Isle with no internet access. Have they no snow plows or road salt over there? I mean really, quaint is quaint, but this is ridiculous.

But no worries, folks. Even though my intended 2011 e-surprise has been thwarted by a good old-fashioned freak snowstorm, there’s nothing that says I can’t carry on as usual until we get the new version of the site all put together. My existing software will limp along for another couple of weeks (I hope).
