Request #23: Sandwich Bread

Actually “whole wheat” sandwich bread was the official request, but for reasons that will become clear as the week progresses, I thought “whole” wheat was a bit too limiting. Make no mistake, I plan to make a “wheat” bread of some description, but the odds are excellent that I’m going to sneak at least a little white flour into the mix. I haven’t settled on a formula yet, so exactly how much remains to be seen. The missus is always after me to make more sandwich bread that uses whole grains, so she’ll be a happy camper, as it were.
