Mea Culpa

Reader Erika alerted me last evening to inform me that there was WAY too much yeast in the Danish pastry dough recipe that’s up over on the right. Was she ever right. It called for several times more yeast than was appropriate. Apologies to all those who may have tried it but got wildly over-poofy dough. The situation has been corrected.
