Vote Joe!
I’ve been forgetting to mention that yours truly is a finalist in Saveur Magazine‘s Best Food Blog Awards for 2012. So if you have the time and inclination head on over a cast a ballot! ‘Cause I mean, is there anything YOU’d enjoy more than seeing MY name up in lights? Didn’t think so. Joe! Joe! He’s our man!
Yes, indeed! Aside from the pleasure of seeing your name in lights it’s a simple matter of reality. ;>
Link please.
Is it run under Chicago Rules Joe? Vote Early, Vote Often? 🙂
Oh well, another food site to register at.
Good luck
I’m proud to say I come from a town where just because you may be dead, it doesn’t mean you’re disenfranchised from the political process. Long live the Chicago way!
Voted!
Thanks Linda!

Thank you very much
Just went to Saveur to vote for my very favorite chef. Good luck.
Many thanks, Warbaby!

Hi Joe,
Voted for you, but did check out your competitors. You win hands down! Yours is the the site I go to every day.
Thank you, Bina, that cheers me greatly on a rainy Monday!

Of course I would (and I did) vote for you Joe! The best blog hands down! What makes it so? Knowledge, simplicity, good explanation of how things work- or don’t-, approachable, not to mention humorous…
A huge help to me the sometimes (oftentimes) clueless…
Thank you!
You made my day, Maria! Thanks so much for that overly-generous note. I greatly appreciated it!
– Joe
My favorite cook site is yours.
My vote is for you of course! With you to Infinity and beyond!
Hope you win!!! If not, I will suspect something tricky in saveur.
Regards
Hehe…I demand a recount! 😉
Thank you so much Sandra! We’ll see what happens!
– Joe
Didn’t vote early or often, but I did vote! Would love to see you get it 🙂
I appreciate that, Julie! Many thanks!
– Joe
Congratulations! Just voted for you, and realized it had been age since I’ve visited. Been very busy – opened a gourmet hamburger restaurant and I’ve been working pretty much nonstop. Having some trouble with the whoopie pies, so now I’m off to search your archives to see if you’ve tackled them.
Funny you should say that, I just did them a few weeks ago. I swear by these, they’re creamy and delicious but not too sweet or rich. I think they’d even sell in Paris. 😉
Congratulations on the new venture! Very exciting. Please check in from time to time to let me know how it’s going!
– Joe
Wonderful to hear from you, by the way!

Just heard about this and voted for you! Looks like so much has gone on since I left in February! CONGRATULATIONS, and I sincerely hope you win, and get a HUMONGO prize. You deserve it!
I don’t get the feeling that prizes (humungo or otherwise) are in the cards with this one, Ann. But the bragging rights would be worth it!
