You get your hands gooey separating eggs? How do you do it?
I just crack the egg on my open palm and let the white run through my fingers.

This is very cool. I’ve decided not to show my kids. I’ll never get them out of the kitchen.
I always use the shell of the egg — dropping the yolk from one half to the other as the white drops into a dish. But my fingers never escape the goo.
Waaaaaay cool and works as shown. Mind you it takes a little practice to not bust the yolk.
Don’t know if I’d try it with 30 or 40 eggs to separate though
