In New Zealand we tend to call it Lemon Honey. Lemon Honey sounds so much nicer, don’t you think? I remember reading in some food blog or other some months ago several people commenting that the name “Lemon Curd” had put them off trying the stuff for years. Whatever, it’s delicious. Especially on fresh white home made bread with thick butter. Nice yellow New Zealand butter that is.

I’ve never tried New Zealand butter, but I can only imagine…
