Ding Ding Ding

Well, the bun is out of the oven at long last, after the wife spent five long weeks, a Christmas and a birthday in the hospital. But it was well worth it. Little Joan Pastry came into the world at 4:51 P.M. on Janurary 23rd, a welterweight at 6 pounds, 1 ounce. Both baby and momma are healthy and recovering, and since my new server upgrade seems to allow photo uploads once again, I can do this:

Of course I am hopelessly outnumbered by females now. Ah well, there are far worse things in life. If I find myself craving male company later on I can always buy a dog.
