Kooky Continental

I’m very grateful to a recent visitor from Austria who goes by the name of “Cooky”, who was kind enough to convert all the quantities on the “What Things Weigh” page into grams. This is an invaluable service since I am inherently lazy and would never have taken the time to re-measure all those items on my digital scale (which like most converts to grams when necessary). He was so thorough I decided to put his list up as an added resource. Most of us probably have a Euro recipe or two stashed away somewhere, and anyway, you never know when you might run across some interesting metric something-or-other on the web. So..enjoy! The only thing that isn’t translated is half-and-half, which they apparently don’t have in Austria. And they call themselves civilized!
